Our Energy-as-a-Service platform is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a full-time Customer Experience & Office Coordinator (40 hours/week) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional who brings energy, maturity, and a positive mindset to our high-end work environment.

We do not just sell installations. We deliver comfort, security, and peace of mind. We specialize in high-end, turn-key solutions exclusively for premium residential villas, including solar, home batteries, climate controle, and smart home systems.

Your role:

  • The Face of Solsbury: Welcome high-end clients and business partners to our flagship store, ensuring every visit reflects our premium standards.
  • Client Communication: Manage the info@ inbox, handle incoming calls, and professionally coordinate all client enquiries.
  • Schedule Coordination: Organize Energy Strategy Calls for our sales team and ensure an efficient follow-up process.
  • Management Support: Assist the management team, particularly the Director of Operations & Finance, with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Office Coordination: Help ensure the smooth operation of the office while contributing to exceptional client experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Solsbury Pure Energy through professionalism, attention to detail, and the level of service our clients expect.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative, hospitality, premium reception, customer service, or client-facing role.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • A highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working with modern office software and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and genuine team spirit.
  • A valid driving license.
