At Solsbury S.L., we are looking to hire a 2nd or 3rd Grade Electrician Technician for work involving new-build homes, full property renovations, and photovoltaic installations. The selected candidate will participate in modern projects focused on energy efficiency, home automation, and integration of new technologies, with real opportunities for professional growth within the company. Initial work activity will mainly take place in Altea and surrounding areas, with future expansion planned.
Our Energy-as-a-Service platform is expanding rapidly. We are currently looking for experienced and motivated installers to strengthen our technical core team. We do not just sell installations. We deliver comfort, security, and peace of mind.
We specialize in high-end, turn-key solutions exclusively for premium residential villas:
- Premium solar panel & home battery systems
- Advanced air conditioning and heat pump integrations
- Smart home (domotica) solutions
Your responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting electrical distribution plans and single-line diagrams.
- Carrying out pre-installations for electrical systems, telecommunications, and photovoltaic systems in newly built energy-efficient homes (Energy Class A standard).
- Assembly and installation of single-phase and three-phase electrical panels according to Spanish regulations.
- Complete electrical installations for full renovation projects.
- Installation of insulation systems and field measurements including grounding systems (TT).
- Material requests and basic work management using Excel and Word.
- Installation and connection of European-standard electrical networks.
- Additional Skills Valued
- Experience with home automation systems, especially Shelly systems.
- Knowledge of photovoltaic installations:
- Traditional inverter systems.
- Enphase microinverter systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Professional appearance and strong commitment to projects.
- Experience working on high energy-efficiency residential projects.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in solar, electrical, HVAC, or technical installation work.
- A true craftsman with technical understanding and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- English required; Spanish or Dutch is a strong plus.
- You take pride in your work: quality and safety always come before rushing a job.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Technical Degree in Electricity or similar.
- Mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical sector.
- Occupational Risk Prevention Course related to metal/construction sector (minimum 20 hours).
- Valid category B driving license.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
