At Solsbury S.L., we are looking to hire a 2nd or 3rd Grade Plumbing/HVAC Technician for work involving new-build homes, full property renovations, and aerothermal system installations. The selected candidate will participate in modern projects focused on energy efficiency, home automation, and the integration of new technologies, with real opportunities for professional growth within the company. Initial work activity will mainly take place in Altea and surrounding areas, with future expansion planned.
Our Energy-as-a-Service platform is expanding rapidly. We are currently looking for experienced and motivated installers to strengthen our technical core team. We do not just sell installations. We deliver comfort, security, and peace of mind.
We specialize in high-end, turn-key solutions exclusively for premium residential villas:
- Premium solar panel & home battery systems
- Advanced air conditioning and heat pump integrations
- Smart home (domotica) solutions
Your responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting plumbing, HVAC, and heating system plans.
- Carrying out pre-installations for plumbing, air conditioning,
- and heating systems in newly built energy-efficient home (Energy Class A standard).
- Complete installation of aerothermal systems, air conditioning units, and general plumbing systems.
- Execution of plumbing, HVAC, and heating installations in complete home renovation projects.
- Material requests and inventory control using basic Excel and Word tools.
- Working cleanly, safely, and respectfully in luxury environments.
- Acting as the face of Solsbury Pure Energy: delivering the "Northern European standard" of quality and communication our clients expect.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in solar, electrical, HVAC, or technical installation work.
- A true craftsman with technical understanding and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- English required; Spanish or Dutch is a strong plus.
- You take pride in your work: quality and safety always come before rushing a job.
Additional Skills Valued:
- Experience with Airzone systems or similar smart climatecontrol systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC and heating equipment repair and maintenance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Professional appearance and strong commitment to projects.
- Previous experience working on high energy-efficiency residential projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Technical Degree (RITE certification or equivalent).• Mandatory minimum of 5 years of experience in the sector.
- Occupational Risk Prevention Course related to the metal or construction sector (minimum 20 hours).
- Valid category B driving license.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
